Artwork Programs

We accept artwork designed in layout programs such as quark or Indesign for both Mac and PC, illustration should be created in Illustrator.

Artworking

  1. Please allow 3mm bleed to all artwork supplied
  2. If printing CMYK please ensure all pantone colours
    have been replaced with CMYK equivalents prior to transfer
  3. Colour management: Please ensure that ink coverage for
    coated paper is less than 320% and for uncoated stocks 260%.
    To make this easier please download our ICC profiles
    for coated and uncoated paper and incorporate
    into your document
  4. Images should be minimum of 300dpi and placed in a
    layout program with 100% +/- 20% resolution, all
    images should be CMYK

Mock-Up

For any product produced using two substrates, such as Folding Media Cards, a mock-up is required. A digital picture of a physical mock-up
(shot front and back) is our preferred method.

Artwork Transfer

Use our complimentary digital courier service:

  1. Place all artwork files, fonts and images in to a single folder
  2. Click the Webcargo link  




  3. Add the files you wish to send
  4. Write your message/job ref 
  5. Add your name and email address 
  6. SEND FILES
  7. Webcargo will send you an email notifying you the files have been sent

Proofing

Our standard proofing is by high res' .pdf. The cost of pre-press and .pdf generation is accounted for in your estimate. Hard copy digital proofs
are charged at an additional £100 per version. Prices for wet proofs are available on request.
