Printing and Finishing

We print on a range of substrates including paper, board, plastics and foil to obtain your desired effect. The majority of our products require specific material properties to produce a high quality appearance; however we aim to accommodate your material requirements wherever possible.

In-house we have lamination, gloss UV coating and in line varnish 'finish' options for all board products. The majority of our printing is offset, however, we also
print large format banners digitally, maintain traditional screen press's and utilize traditional skills such as embossing, foiling, flocking and die making. These
techniques are pooled to produce unusual and unique products.

We have an extensive range of finishing machinery including miniature folding machines, die cutting, guillotine, drilling, hot stamping, paper to corrugated
glue lines, book binding etc.

All our tooling is produced in-house from scratch; this means that we can produce format variations, or 'specials', with relatively low additional cost and time scale.
We can also cut and bind complex shapes, which again opens the door for greater innovation and creativity.
